Eric Osebe Kerecha

The Board and The management of NHIF together with the family regret to announce the untimely demise of the late Eric Osebe Kerecha (Formerly of NHIF Westland’s branch Nairobi) of Gesusu Village, Getacho Location, Nyaribari Masaba Sub-County which occurred on 4th April 2023.

He was the son of Naftal Kerecha Ongeri and Mama Prisca Mongina Kerecha. Step son to Jane Mogeni Kerecha.

Loving husband to Carol Mwangura, father to Alvin Peter Osebe and Kelvin Mkala Osebe both of Joy Garden Academy Tena estate.

Son-in-law to the late Peter Jones Mwangura and Mama Martha Mwangura ( Kirindinyi Village Taita Taveta County).

Brother to George Anyona of JKF (Nrb), Drusilla Kerubo (NHIF Ruaraka Nrb), Alice Gesare, Elizabeth Nyangara, Samuel Mogeni, Betty Mogeni and the late Peter Ongeri.

Uncle to Sylvia, Joel, Dorothy, Nicole, Emmanuel and Brigid, Amanda, Martha and Hogla.

Brother-in-law to Lucy wambura, Edwin, Victoria and Benard, Mageto, Felix and Abere.

Nephew to Hon Prof Sam ongeri, Ouko, Ntabo,Atera, Rhoda, Ebiseba Ochiri, Birita, the late Monica, Rebecca, Ogake, Sosthene, Gori, Agasa, Magiya, Zachary, Motanya, Moriasi, Eunice, Jeliah, Monica, Grace, Jeniffer, Alice, Margaret, Drusilla, Josephine, Olipher and Sammy osebe Osebe.

Grandson to the late Mzee Benson Ongeri, the late Mama Elizabeth Nyangara and Mama Thabita Kemunto Osebe.

Cousin to Ntabos, Ouko’s and Atera’s, Bosire’s, Ochiri’s, Osebe’s, Osoro’s and many others.

Friends and Relatives are meeting daily at Kerecha’s home at Ruai.

Main fundraising will be held on 18th April 2023 at Professional Centre starting 5.00pm.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral home on Thursday, 20th April 2023. The funeral service will be held on 21st April 2023 at Gesusu village, Getacho location Kisii County.
