Esther Kirigo Mathenge

It is with deep sorrow that we announce sudden death of Esther Kirigo Mathenge, formerly of Kenyatta University.

Daughter of the late Gachiri Ngumo and Hannah Wangui Ngumo; Wife of Francis Mathenge Njure; Loving Mother of Peter Mathenge, Gladys Mathenge and Josphat Mathenge; grand mum of Klan Mathenge. Mother-in-law of Joan Nyokabi, Dennis Nyagah and Diana Muthoni; Sister of John Mwangi, Wilson Wanjang’i, and Peter Kabui; Daughter-of Grace Kabui Njure and the late Peter Njure Kagai.

Friend and relatives are meeting at their respective home Githurai and Nyeri.

The cortege leaves Tumu Tumu Hospital Mortuary on Wednesday 25th March 2020 at 8:00am and proceed to her final resting place at Rongai Village, Naromoru, Nyeri County.

May God rest her soul in eternal peace.
