Esther Wambui Mutembei

It is with the acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mrs Esther Wambui Mutembei. Her passing on occurred on the 8th September, 2019 after an illness bravely borne.

Beloved wife of the late Laban Mutembei Kabui. Daughter of the late Reuben Machaha and the late Magdalene Wairimu. Sister of Rebecca, Martha, Joseph, the late Cecilia, the late Maina, Wanjau, Mundia, Waithera, Wanjiru and Isaac. Mother of Michael Kabui, Reuben Kariuki, Peris Nyambura, the Late Lilian Wairimu, Martha Muringo, William Ndirangu, Joseph Turu, Samuel Mwangi, Rebecca Muthoni and Ibrahim Maia. Mother-in-law of Wanjiru Kabui, the late Ngendo Kabui, Wangari Kariuki, Wangari Ndirangu, Elder Annie Mutembei, Margaret Mwangi, Phillip Githinji and Wangu. Grandmother and Great-grandmother to many.

Family and Friends are meeting daily at Holy Family Basilica Nairobi, St Faustina Hall at 6.00pm and at the Mutembei Family residence in Kagundu-ini Nyeri at 4:30pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The funeral cortege leaves Nyeri Outspan Funeral Home on Friday 13th September, 2019 at 8:00am for a service at Kiriti Kamwaro PCEA Church and thereafter burial at her Kagundu Farm.

May God rest her Soul in Eternal Peace.
