Eunice Awuor Okati

It is with humble acceptance that we announce the sudden passing on of Mrs. Eunice Awuor Okati after a long illness bravely borne. She passed away on 6th March, 2019.

Wife of Hesbome Okati Wandede (former Provincial Co-operative Auditor Western, Nyanza and Coast Provinces), of Homa bay County, Kasipul, Kokal Oyugis Sub-County. Daughter of the late Shem Omollo Magero and the late Jael Osumba of Kamagambo, Kanga, Migori County. Sister of the late Antipas Magero,the late Tom Magero, The late Ang’ila Magero, the late Yuanita Ayiemba, the late Mary Oruaru, Margaret Okello, Millicent Adhiambo and Polycap Magero.

Mother of Benta Roselyne Okati (TSC), Walton Obondo (Evangelist), Clarice Akinyi Okuro (Urembo Tailoring), Dolphine Achola (Maasai Market), Stanley Okati (MULTIENERGY), Fredrick Nobert Okati (Minds Media Ltd), Mike Dominick Okati (Minds Communication). Sister-in-law of James Ogallo Wandede and Beatrice Ogallo. Mother-in-law of Linet Auma, the late Zella Obunga, Carolyne Anyir (DCI), Janelucy Muthoni (Seventeen Homes), Dennis Okuro (Urembo Tailoring), Selijah Odundo (BBK), Beldine Nightingale Atieno (Almasi Enterprises). Grandmother and great-grandmother of many.

The body is at Umash Funeral Home Nairobi and will be laid to rest on 24th March 2019 at Oyugis, Kowidi Location, Kokal Sub-location, Mithui School.

Funeral arrangement meetings are being held at Nairobi West Prisons Mess.
