It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Eva Gathoni Muhindi of Kiawarigi village, Mathira West Sub County, Nyeri County, which occurred on 21st August 2020.

She was beloved wife to the late ex-Senior Chief Muhindi Kariithi. Co-wife to the late Ann Gitare, the late Wanjiru, the late Susan Wangechi and the late Ruth Gathoni. Daughter of the late Gichohi Wandeto and the late Wangari Gichohi. Sister to the late Mumbi Karani, late Wanjiku Gacui, late Wandeto Gichohi, late Kirigo Gichuki, Wanjugu, the late Wahome, the late Wanjiku, Wangu, King’athia and Githinji.

Mother to Samuel Kariithi Muhindi, Michael Gichohi Muhindi, Francis Githui Muhindi (Manpower Services (K) Ltd), Stanley Wandeto Muhindi, Purity Ngima Kaweru, Beatrice Wairimu Muriithi (Office of the President), the Late Munene Muhindi, Cyrus Karue, the late Gituku, the late Gicheru, Margaret Waithira, the Late Gichaba, Susan Nyawira, Jackson Murebu among others.

Mother in-law to Mary Muhindi, Juliah Kariithi, Jacinta Githui, Jane Wandeto, James Kaweru, John Murithi among others. Grandmother to Patrick Muhindi, Stephen Muiga, Lucy Watare, David Muhindi, Eva Gathoni and many others. Great grandmother to many.

The funeral service and burial ceremony will be held at her Kiawarigi home on 28th August 2020 at 10.00am.
