Ex-Senior Chief Peter Osowo Olute

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of EX-Senior Chief Peter Joseph Osowo Olute of West Alego, Kalkada, Siaya County which occurred on 18/11/2019.

Son of the Late Zacharia Olute and Mama Marsela Onyaka. Husband of the Late Francisca Adhiambo, Mary Sihud, the late Judith Atieno, Susan Olek and Merab Aluoch. His late children are Anne Oketch, Patiick Lumumba, Anne Akong’o, Michael Ofafa, John Kenya, Patrick, Joan, Antone, Kenneth, Arina, Kaunda, Scholarstica, Everline, Waka, Mboya and Veronica.

Surviving children are Margaret Shiundu, Dennis Athiang’, Thomas Otolo, Antonine Ligingo, Antonine Gumo, Hellen Osowo, Francis Gumo, Melkazedek Osowo, Miriam Onyango, Rose Aluoch, Roselida Ombalo, Nereah Agengo’, Judith Pius, Godfrey Obeno and Anne Achieng’. Brother of the late Ambrose Ofafa, Orinda, Waka, Jacob, Anastacia, Agnes, Sarah, Francis and the only surviving brother Elias Oyugi.

Father-in-law of the late Dr. Goretty Ofafa amongst others. Uncle, grandfather and great grandfather of many.

A major Harambee will be held today 3/12/2019 at Rescue Bar Kaloleni, Nairobi from 5.00 pm and another one on 5th/ 12/2019 at Flamingo Bar Siaya from 5.00 pm.

The cortege leaves Bama Hospital Mortuary Siaya on Friday 13/12/2019. Burial will take place at his home in Kalkada, West Alego, Siaya County on Saturday 14/12/2019.
