Florence Mulau Kiragu

We regret to announce the death of Florence Mulau Kiragu which occurred on 30th September 2022 at the Kenyatta University Teaching & Referral Hospital.

She was the wife of Sammy Kiragu. Daughter of Henry Mutunga and Berita Mutunga of Mbuvo 1Makueni. Loving mother of Erika Mbucu (Technical University), Dawn Nthingu (Mt. Kenya University), Mark Murungu (Kapsabet Boys) and Clare Wandia (St. Bernard, Kitengela).

Sister to Josephine Itumbi, Veronica & Wellington Bengo, Mathew & Pauline Ndote, Sr Mary Bernadette (Immaculate Heart of Mary), Stephen & Emily Munguti, Catherine & Stephen Karanja.

Daughter-in-law of Peris Mbucu and the late SimonPeter Murungu. Sister-in-law to Joseph & Jane Murungu, Esther and Zaynah & Haji. She was an adored aunty, cousin and friend to many.

Main-fundraising (Harambee) will be held this Thursday, 6th October 2022, at Holy Family Basilica, at Meeting Room, St, Cecilia, 5th floor starting at 5:30pm.

There shall be a requiem Mass on Friday 7th October at 4.00pm at St. Cecilia Enkasiti Catholic Church, Kitengela.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Referral Hospital Mortuary on Monday, 10th October 2022.
