The death has occurred of Mrs. Florence Nightingale Aidi Bila on 12th November, 2018 at the Aga Khan hospital, Kisumu.

Wife of Mr. James Evans Bila of Kanyaluo Kowuor, Ouya Kanyonje. Daughter of the late Jeremiah and the late Liklia Ogingo of Nyahera, Kisumu. Daughter-in-law of the late Elisha, the late Dorcas Nyalando and the late Mama Susan Awuonda. Mother of Helen, Judith Owinga, Millicent Obunga, Kenneth (Papa), the late Philip Nyalando (Moti/ram), Kate, Godfrey (OD), Lydia Bachheta and Anthony (Boxie). Mother-in-law of Gilbert Owinga, the late Evans Obunga, Hajila Sango, the late Sela Nyalando, Violet Mwondi, Davesh Bachheta and Julie (Natasha) Jonani. Sister of the late Mary, the late John, the late Carren, Patrick, the late Walter and Ruth Bong’o.

Nyawand Boaz and the late Felgona Owinga, the late Oloo Ohwenya and the late Joyce Ahenda, the late Ahini and Jemima Sango, Adams and Abigail Okeyo, the late Wilson and Grace Wananda, Rajab and the late Felda Mwondi, Dharma and Parvati Bachheta and Evans and Regina Jonani. Sister-in-law of the late Beatrice Omenda, the late George Omolo, the late Carren Ogwa, the late Clarkson Bong’o, the late Nyitthambe, Isaac Ong’udi, Evelyne Akeyo, Beatrice Ouko, Janet Odhiambo and Janet Obiero. Aunt of the Omolos, Ogwas, Oukos, Bongo’s, Nyitthambe, Odhiambos, Obieros, Omendas, among others.

Grandmother of twenty three and great grandmother of one.

Family, relatives and friends are meeting at Tumaini house (opposite Kencom), 5th floor, room 5d Nairobi and at her home in Ouya, Kanyonje.
