Florrie Bresson

18th February 1933 – 28th November 2018

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden transition of Florrie Bresson following emergency treatment in New York where she was visiting.

Florrie was the beloved wife of the late Bob Bresson and was caring and loving mother to the late Linda, Robby and Nicole Bresson-Ondieki. She was mother-in-law to Dixon Ondieki and doting grandmother to Chantal, Giselle and Yannick. Aunty Flo, as she was known to many, was the daughter of the late John and Graziella Star of Beau Vallon in Seychelles. She was sister to the late Bertha Lagrenade, the late Phillida Burnet and Marjorie Thesee.

Friends and relatives will be meeting on Sunday 9th December for Prayers and Thanksgiving between 2 PM and 6 PM at Brenda’s Apartment, on Rose Avenue between Argwings Kodhek and Jabavu Road. Further meetings will also be held at the same venue on Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th December, between 5:30 PM and 8:00 P.M.

There will be a memorial service to celebrate her life in New York; and on Friday 14th December in Nairobi at Our Lady of Guadaloupe Catholic Church, Adams Arcade at 9:30 A.M. in accordance with her wishes, her Ashes will be interred alongside her beloved Bob’s resting place at the Langata Cemetery at 1P.M.
