Francis Baariu Itimitu (FBI)

It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Francis Baariu Itimitu (FBI) on 30th June 2020. Until his demise, he was the SCASCO at Igembe South Sub-County formerly DASCO.

Son of the late Joseph Mitu and Mrs. Zipporah Kalotia. Loving husband to Ann Ncekei Baariu. Father to Tabitha Kathure, Christine Kanana, Augustine Njati, Fridah Baariu, Nelson Mwenda, Scholastica Baariu and Immaculate Kendi. Father-in-law to Kelvin Kipchirchir and grandfather to Amelia Jepkorir. Brother to the late Janet Muthoni, Jennifer Karei, Makena, Agnes Nkatha and David Kobia. Dear uncle, cousin, brother-in-law and a great friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting at their Maua home and lkuunu Village home, Muthara Ward from 4:00pm to 6:30pm.

The cortege leaves Nyambene District Hospital Mortuary on Tuesday 7th July 2020 at 9:00 am for the funeral mass and burial at his home in lkuunu village, Muthara ward. Tigania East.
