Francis Mundia Machiri

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of our beloved Dad Francis Mundia Machiri who peacefully went to be with the Lord on Sunday 15th September 2019 at Jamii Hospital, Karatina.

Son of the Late Machiri Kimaru and the Late Grace Wanjugu Machiri. Beloved husband of Charity Wangari Mundia. Father of Lydia Wamuyu, Edward Machiri, Grace Wanjiru, David Wandeto and James Wachira. Father-in-law of James Gataiga ,Tigist Taye, Christine Kinoti and Miriam Ndegwa.

Grandfather of Jackline Gataiga, Eva Gataiga, Lydia Machiri, Angel Machiri, Marcus Machiri, Frankline Mundia, Zaria Wandeto and Kendra Wachira.

Brother of the Late Wachira Machiri, the Late Munyua Machiri, the Late Nahashon Kanyugi, the Late Ributhi Machiri, Cyrus Njuki, Richard Mwai (Kagagi) and the Late Loise Waruguru. Brother-in-law of Esther Murigu, Francis Muraguri, James Njora, David Mwangi, Peter Kingau, Ephantus Muchangi and Leah Wangui. Cousin and an uncle of many.

The cortege leaves Jamii Hospital Mortuary on Monday 23rd September, 2019 at 9.00am for a funeral service and interment at his home in Kiaritha-ini village Karatina, Mathira Sub-County, Nyeri County
