It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Freshiah Njeri Wahinya which occurred on 1/11/2018 at St. Mulumba Hospital, Thika.

Daughter of the late George Njoroge Munge and the late Jane Wanjiku Munge of Gitiiri village Ng’araria Sub-location, Kandara Division. Sister of the late Wilson Ngugi, John Kamau, the late Antony Migwi and Christopher Waweru. Beloved wife of the late Shadrack Wahinya Kahoyo of Ithanga location. Loving mother of the late Eunice Mwihaki, Eng. Lucas Mwangi Wahinya of Kiambu County Government, Esther Wanjiru (OI-Karau), Peter Njoroge, Jenifer Wanjiku, George Chege and Mary-Ann Nyambura. Mother in law of Rose Wanjiru Mwangi, George Muiru Maina, Eunice Njeri Mungai, Julius Ngugi Waiganjo and Pauline Wanjira Chege. Loving grandmother of 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Family and friends are meeting daily from 6pm at Plateau Breeze Restaurant and at her home in Matunda village, Ithanga location for burial arrangements.

The cortege will leave K.U. Funeral Home at 8am on Thursday, 8th November 2018. Thereafter, the burial service will take place at her home in Matunda Village, Ithanga Location.
