Gabriel Gakure Kimaru

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Gabriel Gakure Kimaru of Kanjama Village, Kiria-ini Sub-Location, Kiru Location, Muranga County.

Son of the late Kimaru Wa Ngomo and Waiyigo Kimaru. Brother of Timothy Ngomo-Kimaru, Wambui Wa Kanyi and Anna Wanjku Mwangi. He was husband of the late Jane Muthoni Gakure. Father of Joseph Mwangi Gakure, Late Lucy Wanjeri Gakure, Eunice Wambui Muriiri, Fraciah Nyambura Githua of Naivasha Sub-County Treasury and Stephen Ngomo Gakure. Uncle of Catherine Njeri Kariuki, Jeremiah Kimaru Kanyi and Gerald Ngure Meshak of Gakurwe Town. Step father to Nancy Nyambura Ngomo of Gakurwe Secondary School and James Gakure Ngomo. Father-in-law of Mercy Wangari Mwangi, James Muriiri Kariuki, Peter Githua Thomas of Nyeri Sub-County Treasury and Mary Wanjiku Ngomo. Grandfather of Gabriel Gakure Mwangi, Eliud Kariuki, Joyce Wangui Githua of Rock Springs, Jane Muthoni Irungu, Jane Muthoni Ngomo, and many others. Great grandfather of Abigael Wanjiku Irungu, Muriiri and others.

The cortege leaves Kiria-ini Consolata Mission Hospital Mortuary at 9.00 AM on Tuesday 24th October, 2017. Requim Mass will be held at his home Kanjama Village, Kirianini sub-location, Kiru Location, Muranga County, followed by burial at his farm.
