It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Gladys Njooki Gachau – Nyina Wa Mbuthia.

Wife of the late Joseph Gachau Mbuthia of Kagioini village, Kiru Location, Murang’a County. Daughter of the late Kariuki (Kiama) Kihia and Wairimu Kariuki. Daughter in law of the late Mbuthia Murage and Njooki Nyagakubia. Sister of the late Wamuthungu, Waithera, Mwende, Karuri, Nyinyi, Maina and many more. Mother of Hanah Njeeri, Lawrence Mbuthia, Eunice Wairimu, Salome Nyambura and Alice Wakonyo. Mother in-law of Francis Karuku, Eunice Wakiuru, James Chege and Benson Githinji. Grand and great grandmother to many.

Family and friends are meeting at Munyaka paramount Nairobi starting at 6pm.

The cortege leaves KU Mortuary, Nairobi on Tuesday 9/7/19 at 8am followed by a memorial service same day at Kagioini ACK church, Mathioya. There after the burial will take place at Gachau’s home in Kagioini village.
