TRANSITION TO GLORY

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of Gladys Wairimu after a short illness on Monday 29th July, 2019.
Gladys will forever be cherished and fondly remembered by: Her precious children Mwangi Macharia Kariuki and Makena Wambui Kariuki.

Her loving parents Ayub Waitara and the late Winfred Waitara. Her beloved siblings Onesmus Chege and Pauline Wambui Waitara, Sylvia Njeri and Peter Icharia, Lawrence Mwai, Titus Njuguna and Grace Kambo Waitara, and Mama Wangui Mwai.

Her dearly loved nieces and nephews Mbaire Icharia, Mugo Icharia, Njenga Icharia, John Mark Chege, Wangui Mwai, Qui Waitara and Wangeci Waitara. Teresia Njoki and Njoroge. Her aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, her extended family and dear friends.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday August 7th, 2019.

The cortege will leave MP Shah Hospital Mortuary at 8.00am.
The funeral service will be held at Parklands Baptist Church Westlands at 9.00am.
Thereafter we shall proceed to lay her body to rest at the family farm in Gathiruini (along Marige-Komothai-Nyanduma Road, about 1km from Gathiruini Boys’ High School)
