Gladys Wambura Njogu

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Mrs. Gladys Wambura Njogu of Gichago village, Kamviu Sub-location, Ngandori East Location, Manyatta Sub-county, Embu County, which occurred on 3rd November, 2018 after a short illness.

Daughter of the late Gaciithire wa Karitu and Joyce Iruki. Wife of the late Harrison Njogu Muruambura. Co-wife of Eunice Njoki. Sister of Jones Mutitu, Judy, Njoki, Lucy Wangiri and Faith Gaturi Mbogo. Mother of Ephys Muriithi, Benson Ndwiga, Emily Gichugu and Anisia Wambeti. Step-mother of Gicugu, Njiru, Nyaga, Kariuki, Ndwiga, Muthoni, the late Mugo, Wawira and Kathuri. Mother-in-law of Monica, Gakii and Muya. Grandmother and great grandmother of many.

Relatives, friends and well-wishers are meeting Daily at her home at Gichago village and at Mr. Ephys Muriithi’s (her son) residence at Iveche Village, Embu from 4.00pm.

The Cortege leaves Gakwegori Funeral home on Tuesday 13th November, 2018 at 9.00am for a Requiem mass at A.C.K Gichago Church Kamviu Parish. Thereafter Burial will take place at her home in Gichago Village.
