The family of Kap Elijah is sad to announce the unfortunate demise of their sister, mother, aunt and grandmother Grace Jepkorir Bett which occurred on 28th June, 2022 at the MTRH Hospital in Eldoret.

Daughter to the late Elijah Cheptoo and Sarah Cheptoo. Loving mother of Julius K. Bett and Beatrice Hongo and Stella J. Bett and Simeon Lei. Grandmother of Gael Kiplagat, Nicole Lei, Aurea Consolata and Maya Lei.

Beloved sister of the late John Bett, Mary Chelimo, Baranabas Tallam, Amos Tallam, Violah Tallam, the late Joseph, Naaman, Abigael, Agosti and the late Margret and others. Sister In-law to Evelyne Bett, Pius K. Chelimo (Lavington Security) the late Sylvia Tallam, and VVilter Tallam.

A loving Aunt to Benson, Irene, Nathan, George, Kiprotich, Kelvin, Jackline, Janet, Jebiwot, Jepchirchir, Jepkemoi, Evans, Nick, Jebet, Ken, Joy, Kibet, the late Collins, Kibet and Kigen.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Nakuru at Mercy Njeri and at Eldama Ravine, Arama from 4.00pm everyday.

The cortege will leave Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital Funeral Home – Eldoret on Wednesday 6th July, 2022 at 8.00 am, to Arama, where the funeral service will be held from 10:00 am as well as the burial, on the same day.
