Grace Nyambura Rucha

It is with sadness and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Grace Nyambura Rucha that occurred on 4th April 2019.This was after a short illness (Pulmonary Embolism).

She was born in 1954 in Gitui village, Gathamba Location in Kiharu, Muranga County to Kimani Macharia and Jacqueline Muthoni. Sister of the late Kenneth Macharia, ane Njeri, Stephen Kariuki, Moses Maina, Mwangi Kimani, Mary Wanjiku, Isabela Ruguru. Wife of Ephraim Marangu Rucha. Mother of the late Anthony Kimani, Timothy Kaburu, Susan Wanja, Erick Mwenda and Kenneth Macharia. Mother-in-law of Haggai Matogo, Sarah Wanjiku, Emily Safari and Grace Muthei. Grandmother of John, Chris, James, Muthoni, Ayden and Peter. An aunt, cousin and friend of many.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home at 6:30am for Chogoria, Tharaka-Nithi county where the burial will take place.
