It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Grenville Mbuthia Runo (retired teacher Kianda Primary School, Wanyororo) of Lanet Nyonjoro farm near Moi Forces, which occurred on 12/07/2019.

Husband of Milka Njeri Mbuthia. Son of the late James Runo Githambo and Julia Wangeci Runo. Son-in-law of the late Joel Muchori and Jecinta Nyambura. Father of Easter Wangechi, Easplama Nyaguthii, Christwill Ngendo and Bornatlast Runo. Brother of Maina (formerly KCB, Nbi), Ngendo (Min. of Water, Nku), Watetu (KMTC, Nku), Muchemi (Min. of Health, Maralal), the late Ndungu, Wanjiru, Wambui (NHIF, Nbi), Kariuki (Min. of Health, Nyeri), Nderitu, Rukwaro and Irungu. Brother-in-law of Muriu, Makumi, Karuga, Mburu, Mwangi, Wangui, Nyambura and Hannah. Grandfather of Hilda, HiIlad and Grenville.

The cortege leaves PNN Funeral Home Nku at 9.00am on 18/7/19 for the funeral service and burial at his home Lanet, Nyonjoro) starting at 10.00am.
