Hellen Njeri Karanja

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Hellen Njeri Karanja of Kibutha Village, Kanyenya-ini Location in Murang’a.

She was the wife of Peter Karanja Chege. Daughter of the late Joshua Kogi Kiberu and the late Penina Wanjiru Kogi. Loving mother of the late Gerald Chege [Ngoti], Kogi Karanja of Ruai, Kairu Karanja of joska, Mary Karanja of USA, John Kiberu of USA, Andrew Gathura and Lucy Mungai. Sister of the late Rhoda Nyambura, late John Kiberu, Ruth Kariithi, late Grace Wambui, Elizabeth Njoki and Anne Wangari.

Grandmother of Hellen Njeri Kogi, Esther Kogi, Hellen Njeri Maina, Morine Wangui, Collins Karanja, Ivy Njeri Kiberu, Eric Karanja, Melissa Njeri, Mark Karanja, Ted Chege, Kihanya Mungai, Wanjiru Mungai and Karanja Mungai.

Family and friends are meeting at her home in Kibutha and in Nairobi at Holy Family Basilica at 6pm daily.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home at 7am on Monday 5th November 2018. The funeral service will be at ACK St. Peter’s Church:, Kibutha and thereafter burial ceremony at her home.
