Henry Kathurima M’Mbijiwe

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Henry Kathurima M’Mbijiwe on 8th September 2018 at The Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi.

Son of the late Stanley Mbijiwe and Damaris Karoki. Son-in-law of the late Ebrahim M’Magiri and the late Sarah Rigiri. Husband of Evangeline Kathurima. Father of Cathrine Kagwiria, Hellen Karimi, Robert Gitobu, Lawrence Kinoti and Faith Kananu. Father-in-law of Maurice Kiruia, Virginia Karimi and Purity Kaburo. Grandfather of Grace, Kendi, joy, Nkatha, Harry, Eva, Kaima, Munene, Kinya and Muthomi. Great grandfather of Lorraine. Brother of the late Julia Kingaru, Gacheri Mbiti, Joyce Mutwiri and Margaret Ruteere.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home, Kithaku, Meru and at Norwich Union Towers, Nairobi from 5.00pm.

The cortege leaves Meru Funeral Home on Friday 14th September 2018 at 9.00am for funeral service at Muthangene Methodist Church, Kithaku, Meru from 11.00-am.The burial will be on the same day at his home.
