It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Herman Thuita Wachira (Mwalimu) of Thunguri Village, Iriani Ward, Nyeri South sub-county (Othaya), Nyeri County.

Son of the late James Gachira and the late Margaret Wangechi. Husband of the Late Teresa Wangui. Son in law of the late Tracisio King’ori and the late Cecilia Wamucii. Father of Tracisio Thuita (UON), James Thuita (lands), Wang’ondu (Othaya), Michael Thuita (Kiambu), Boniface (Zimma), Emilio Thuita (Nairobi), Margaret Mwangi (Meru), Cecilia Mutua (Mpeketoni) and Charles Thuita (USA).

Father in law of Alice Maina, Priscilla Wachira, Agnes Wang’ondu, Damaris Ndegwa, Teresa Mwai. John Mwangi, Peter Mutua and Ann Theuri. Brother of Winnie Mugure, Daniel Gatutha, Cecilia Mugo, Boniface Kigo and Pauline Wangu. Grandfather and great grandfather of many.

The Cortege leaves Mukurweini funeral home on Friday, 7th September, 2018 at 9.00 am for a mass and funeral service which will be held the same day at 11.00am at his home in Kagundu, Thunguri village, Nyeri County.
