Hildah Ciambuba Karunguru

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will and thanksgiving that we announce the passing on of Hildah Ciambuba Karunguru which occurred on 3rd July 2018 at Kyeni Mission Hospital.

Daughter of the late Nathan Mbaka Kamunde and the late Loise Nkima and Step daughter of the late Prisca Kithantha. Loving wife of Mwalimu Elizaphan Karunguru. Sister of M’Njeru, the late Rugendo, the late Njagi, Gitonga (Mbaka Gems), Kaari, Muthoni, Ciamwari, Kaugi, the late Nyaga, Nyamu and many others.

Sister-in-law of the late Mukuru, the late Kamili, Charity, Mati and others. Loving mother of Njeri, Muthoni (Agriculture-Kilimo HSE), Patrick, Gatakaa (Mbagathi Hospital), Gitonga (Kalro-Muguga), Njagi, Mugendi, Murugi and Karimi. Loving Mother-In-law of Ngure, Sarah, Oliver, Agnes (Kenya Police-Vigilance HSE).

Special aunty of Edwin Rugendo alias Kalulu .Amazing grandma of Kahuha, Lewis, Shiko, Carol & Nevy (Nevyhoodz), Jackline, Ken, Mugambi, Mwenda (KU), Linda, Mwende (RSC-Africa), Maureen (Kiambu County), Munene and Joss), Winnie, Brian, Terry. Great grandma of Bravo, Bray, Betty, Angel and Lucy.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at 5,00pm at her home in Chuka, Kathwa village and in Nairobi, United Kenya Club (opposite St. Pauls Chapel) at 5:00pm for burial arrangements.

The cortege will leave Kyeni Mission Hospital Mortuary on Friday 13th July 2018 at 800am.

The banal service will be held at her home in Kathmu village, Chuka, Tharaka Nithi County, followed by burial rites at the same location. .

You have fought the good fight, you have finished the race, you have kept the faith. Rest in Peace.
