Hon. Dominic Ateng’a Nyangaresi

We are saddened to announce the death of Hon. Dominic Ateng’a Nyangaresi, (a 2017 and 2021 Kiamokama Ward MCA candidate) which occurred on 4/4/2021 after he was involved in a road accident along Emali-Loitoktok road.

He was a dear son to the late Isaac Nyangaresi cetenga and Ruth Mokeira Nyangaresi. A husband to Sylvia Mbinya and a father to Ian Nyangaresi Jnr and Tiffany Barongo. He was a brother to Evans Monari, Daniel Otundo, Duke Nyamwamu and Dorothy Kwamboka. A brother in-law to Felistas Bochere, Meroline Marita and Jackson Bisera. A son in-law to Onesmus Kisilu and Richer Syombua.

His paternal Uncles are Councillor Samuel Monda Getenga, the late Motende, the late Ntabo, the late Mokomba, the late Moemi, Machogu, Ngige, Kingi and Abel Morang`a Mogaka. His paternal aunties are: Baisibika, the late Eucabeth, Jane, the late Truphena, Marita, Teresia, Jerusha, the late Moraa, the late Mong’ina, Moraa Moemi, Yunes, Alice, the late Mary, and Esther. His maternal uncles are Zachariah Onyonte and Thomas Ombaso. His maternal aunties are Hellen, Grace, Asenath, Jane, Nyaboke and Josephine.

A cousin to Ronald Mogaka, Joyce, Christine, Vane, Nyarangi, Nyaega, Sarah, Nyarangio, Witter, Eliud, Becky, Zachary and others. He was grandson to the late (Getenga Kiyaka, Agnes Barongo, Onyonte, Omuga Kiyaka & Mageto Gesimba) and Sarah Kemuma.

Friends and family members are meeting online as well as a few at his father’s home; Mwagetenga Village, Kisii Town, his home in Kajiado and Nairobi with a fundraiser to aid the funeral and burial plans set for Tuesday 13/4/2021, sent to ROBERT MOTENDE – 0725525644 (Nairobi) or 0724751725 – NICHOLAS MONDA (Kisii).

His body lays at Kenyatta University Referral Hospital Morgue and shall be transported to his rural home on Thursday 15-04-2021 and the burial is on Friday 16-04-2021 at lbacho village, Masaba South Sub-county, Kisii county.
