Hon. Henry Dickens Onyancha Obwocha (Egesora Nyabirore)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Hon. Henry Dickens Onyancha Obwocha, EGH on the 3rd Day of August 2018, at the Nairobi Hospital. He was the former Member of Parliament for West Mugirango constituency for 3 terms, Minister for Planning and National Development, and the immediate Chairman of the Privatization Commission of Kenya.

Son of the Late Mzee Jeremiah Obwocha Nyabuto and the Late Mama Paulina Mandere Bw’Ochwanti. Beloved husband of Dolline Mokeira Onyancha. The Loving father of Collins Nyabuto (USA), Edwin Ondari (USA), Charlene Kemunto, Salma Kwamboka. Son-in-law of Mzee Elias Osinde and Mama Yunuke Kwambolca.

Nephew of the late Abel Omao, Nicholas Oka, Samuel Ontita, Bochaberi, Mongina, Nyabaro, Patrick Obiria, Milka Gesare, Bangweso Okari and Nyachama Ontita and Nyankami Obiria, Sarange, Pauline, Mokeira, the Ontegis, Magomas, Orwenyos and Nyambakas, the late Washington Ondicho, the late Gisore.

Family and relatives are meeting at the family residence in Karen Nairobi, Igenaitambe in Nyamira County and Nakuru every day at 4.00pm.

Nairobi Planning Committee meetings shall be as follows: on Tuesday the 7th, Wednesday the 9th, on Monday the 13th at Kifaru Room, LMS-Central SDA Church-Maxwell at 4.00pm and on Saturday, the 11th at Karen Residence at 3.00prn.

The Final Meeting shall be held at the Karen Residence at 4.00pm on Tuesday 14th August, 2018.

Nakuru Planning Committee meetings shall be as follows:  At Rigena Lions Hotel every day from 5.00pm, Monday 13th August 2018 at Old Town Hall from 4:30pm.

There will be a Requiem Mass on Wednesday 15th August 2018 at the Holy Basilica in Nairobi at 10.00am .
