Hon. Kyale Mwendwa E.G.H, O.B.S

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will, and in thanksgiving for a life well lived, that we announce the death of Hon. Kyale Mwendwa.

He was the son of the late Senior Chief Mwendwa Kitavi and his 6th wife, the late Kathuka Damaris Mwendwa. Loving husband to Susan Nthenya Mwendwa and Jacinta Wangove Mwendwa. Father to Mumo Ikui, Vonza Kavila, Suki Kaloo Kathuka, Nzambu Mulaimu, Munyoki Mbuvi and Mukeli Nyili. Grandfather to Nthenya, Katungulu, Kyale, Utisi, Kamene, Kyama, Kaseo, Katanu and Kyendi. Father in-law to Anastasia Mwendwa, Vicky Keen, Bonilla Ndedda and Florence Mugure. In-law to the late Adrian Muteshi &Wikunza Muteshi, the late John & Wairimu Keen, the late Michael & Rosalia Ndedda and Isaac & Isabella Wanjohi. Brother to the late Mulaimu Mwendwa, the late Kitili Mwendwa, the late Mutia Mwendwa, the late Ngala Mwendwa, Kavisa Katiku, Museveki, amongst others. Brother in-law to Kavutha Mwendwa, Nyiva Mwendwa, Muingo Mutia amongst others. He was also Uncle, Great Uncle and Great Grand Uncle to many.

Prayer meetings shall be held at The Office Park, Riverside Drive on Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th November 2020, from 5pm — 7pm.

Prayer meetings shall also be held at his home Syomasango, Matinyani, Kitui on Monday 9th,Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th November from 3pm — 7pm.

A memorial service shall be held on Wednesday 11th November at 10am at the Nairobi Baptist Church, Ngong Road.

Due to COVID protocols, a private funeral service will be held on Friday 13th November at 10am at his home in Syomasango, Matinyani, Kitui. Live streaming of the funeral service will be held at the Mukoma Stadium, Matinyani Kitui. A link will be provided.
