Hottensiah Wanjiku Ndung’u

We the Ndungus family celebrate the life of Mrs. Hottensiah Wanjiku Ndung’u, of Kahawa West Nairobi.

Daughter of the late James Njenga Thuku and Virginia Wangui Njenga. Loving wife of the late Paul Ndungu. Loving mother of Sarah and John Mwangi, Esther Ndungu, Hannah and Joshua Mwendwa, Joseph and Nancy Ngugi. Sister of Beatrice Njeri (USA), John and Joyce Thuku (Njiku), Grace Warnbui and Peter Waweru (USA), Pastor Erastus and Joyce Ng’ang’a (Delaware, USA), Samuel and Lucy Kiarie (Neptune Nrb), Crispus and Elizabeth Muriuki (Bible Society of Kenya). Sister-in-law of PeninnahWarigo,Alice & Kibe Mungai, Damaris and Joshua Njoroge, David Gachie, the late Donald Gicheru, Monica and the late Njoroge. Grandmother of Jeanelle, Jeremy and many others.An aunt, niece, cousin, and friends to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Kahawa West.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Referral Funeral Home, on Tuesday 16/03/2021 at 8:00am. The funeral service will be held at Greater Glory grounds – Njiku, at 11:00am. She will then be interred at her late husband’s family home in Njiku Village Kiambu County next to Ex-Senior Chief Ndung’u residence.
