Isaac Chege Mwangi (Karatathi)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Isaac Chege Mwangi (Karatathi) at Kenyatta National Hospital on I 1/05/2019. He was former (KNUT) Executive Secretary Nyandarua South Branch and former Chairman Kenya National Chambers of Commerce and Industry Nyandarua County.

Son of the late Geoffrey Mwangi Chege (Karatathi) and Rakeli Wanjugu Mwangi. Loving husband of Zeporah Nyambura, the late Beatrice Nyambura and Lucy Wanjiku. Loving father of Isaac Waweru, Edward Mwangi, Racheal Wanjugu Thiongo, Eunice Mukiria, the late Micheal Waweru, the late David Gacheru, Kennedy Mwangi, Faith Wairimu, Stanely Gacheru, Caroline Wanjugu, Pauline Wambui, Precious Wanjugu, Victoria Njeri and Natasha Wambui. Grandfather of many.

Brother of Hannah Wambui Macharia, the late David Gacheru, the late Jane Wambui Maina, Mathara Mwangi of Nationwide Credit (K) Ltd – Nairobi, Elizabeth Njoki Nganga, Catherine Nyambura, Samuel Munene, the late Stephen Chege, Naomi Njeri Kabeu, the late Naomi Njeri Richard, Leah Wangechi Kaniaru, the late Rahab Muthoni Njoroge, Paul Ngure , Rebbeca Wanjiru and John Mathara.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his homes in Njabini and engineer for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Engineer County Hospital Funeral Home on Saturday 18th for the burial ceremony at his home in Njabini, South Kinangop at 9.00am.
