Jacinta Njoki Mathenge

It is with sadness that we announce the death of Jacinta Njoki Mathenge who was born on 2nd January, the second born of Cecilia Wangui Ngaruiya Nderi and Mzee John Nderi Ngera. She has been serving as a leader and a member of the Revival Sanctuary of Glory Church in Riruta. She was working as the General Manager of Colindale Security and the Kentmere Hotel in Limuru. Jacinta was taken ill on 5th July 2018 and succumbed the morning of 6th July 2018.

Widow of the late Isaiah Mathenge Thige. Mother of Alexander Thige and Kevin Nderi. Grandmother of Jasmine Njoki, Ethan Mathenge and Letticia Njoki. Mother-in-law of Carolyne Wanjiku Thige and Nancy Wambui Nderi.

Sister of Jane Wanjiku Chacha, the late Margaret Njambi Ngure, Salome Wambui Munene, Terry Gathoni Mwangi and Josphat Ngaruiya. Sister-in-law of Chacha Marwa, the late Harun Ngure, Charles Munene, Jesse Mwangi Kuria, Juliette Ngaruiya.

Auntie of Late Rubi, Mitchelle, Jimah, Michael, Timothy, Mburu, Kui, Pati, Job-Allan, Junior, Denilson, Dalton, Terine and Trevor. Sister at heart to Jane Kanyotu and cousins to many. Daughter-in-law of Ruth Wanjiku Thige and the late Stephen Thige. Sister-in-law of Pricillah Wacera, Philip Njuguna, Dorcas Ngendo, Elizabeth Wangari, Lawrence Muchiri and several nieces/nephews.

Funeral arrangement meetings are being held at Applegreen Restaurant, Hazina Towers from 6.00pm and at the Revival Santuary of Glory Church Riruta everyday.

There will be a Requiem Mass on Tuesday 10th July 2018 at 10.00am at the All Saints Cathedral.

Funeral will be on Friday 13th July 2018 at Lang’ata Cemetery.
