Jacob Otieno Obiero

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely death of Jacob Otieno Obiero which occurred on 12th March, 2024.

Jacob was the son of the late John Obiero and the late Jane Opudo Obiero.

He was the loving husband of Beatrice Adhiambo Obiero.,

Jacob was the father of George Okoth, Liseth Obiero and Phancy Tamarah Awino.

Father-in-law of Lucy Wamuyu Okoth and Maxwel Azali Kodia.

He was the grandfather of Jamie Obiero Okoth, Jeremy Obiero Okoth and Malia Luvanga Azali.

Brother of Benson Obiero, the late Maren Atieno, Pamela Anyango, the late Linet Akinyi, Kepher Opana and George Obiero.

He was an uncle, brother-in-law, cousin and friend of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Kakrao, Migori.

The cortege leaves Rosewood Funeral home, Rongo, on 25th March, 2024 for a memorial service and night vigil at his Kakrao residence. Burial will take place on the 26th March, 2024 at his home in Kakrao, Suna East-Migori.
