It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Jaifas George Owino Were of Kataa Investments, Jogoo Road.

Son of the late Were Nyangoje and the late Serfina Oyieke. Brother of the late Charles Ogutu, Consolata Munga, the late Francisca Abuka and Dina Odera. Husband of the late Ruth Apiyo and the late Carren Achieng’. Father of the late Michael, Millicent, Caroline, Robert, David, Maureen and Davis. Uncle of Lilian, Eric and the late Victor. Brother-in-law of the late Roseline, Charles Agutu, Elizabeth Ayieyo, Isaac, Mariko and the late Abuka. Father-in-law of Peninah, Mercy, Morris and Omoth. Grandfather of the late Ronnie, Beverly, Jamal, Charles, Wema among others.

Final fund-raiser will be on Saturday 7th July, 2018 at The Railways Station Abondo’s Restaurant at 2.00pm.

There will be a memorial service at Umash Chapel, Nairobi on 11th July, 2018 at 11:00am.

The cortage leaves Umash Funeral Home on 12th July, 2018.

Burial will take place at his home on 13th July 2018 in Louokoth Kataa, Rachuonyo North Sub-county, Homa Bay County.
