It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother and friend, Mr. James Maina Miano (Fathee) on Tuesday January 7th, 2020 whilst in Atlanta, Georgia, USA after a battle with cancer bravely fought.

Husband of Rose Njoki Maina, Son of the late Miano & Wangari Kiama of Kirinyaga. Brother of the late Margaret, Wambui, Wanjiru and late Peter. Son-in-law of the late Keziah Githungo, Brother in law of the late Wangari, Ndungu & Wanjiru, Dr. Muthoni & the late Gitata, late Wathira, Wambui & Kamau, Wangui & Chege, Wanjiru & Kuria, Gatungo & Njogu. Survived by his children Ann & Nderitu, Catherine & Maina, Lydia & Munene, Miano & Yvonne. Grandfather of Brian, Kui, Nia, Njuguna, Nathan, Zoe, Matthew &

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Mortuary Tuesday 21st January 2020 at 8.00a.m. and thereafter laid to rest in Thirigici, Kirinyaga.
