James Mutema Karanja (Mwalimu)  

It is with humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the passing on of James Mutema Karanja on Sunday 6th January 2019.

Son of the late Francis Karanja and the late Eugenia Wairimu of Kirimara village, Nyangati Sub-county, Kirinyaga County. Husband of Eva Muthoni (Gakuo Pri. Sch). Father of Florence Wanjiru, Carol Wairimu, Kevin Karanja and Charles Karubiu.

Father-in-law of Peter Kariuki and Dickson Kamau. Grandfather of Ivy Ndegi, Ignatius Muthomi, Olivia Wambui and Levi Kamau.

Brother of the late Andrew Githinji, Cyprian Ndambiri, Pauline Waguama, Tecla Mutitu, Dan Wambugu and Virginia Wathoni. An Uncle to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at the family home in Kirimara village.

The cortege leaves Kibugi Funeral in Kutus at 9:00am on Tuesday 15th January 2019 for Funeral service and Burial same day, at Kirimara Village.
