James Nyamai Katunga

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of our Dad James Nyamai Katunga that occurred on Sunday 15/03/2021.

Son of the late Joseph Katunga and late Rodah Katunga. Husband to Elizabeth Ndunge. Father to Geoffrey Mulwa, Janet Nzilani, Emily Nduku, Faith Kamanthe and Mirriam Wavinya. Father-in-law to Mirrium Mwende. Brother to Joshua Mualuko. Son-in-law to Wilson Munyaka and late Esther Munyaka. Uncle to Anna Ngii, Mirriam Mwongeli, Jeremiah Katunga, Paul Mumo, Juliana Syombua, Mary Kasivu, Ngemu, Nduku, Brian Musyoki, Francis Muthini, Evans Kilonzo, Faith Kithei and many more. Grandfather to Alex Musembi, Caleb Kilonzo, Japheth Nyamai, Martin Nduva, Raphael Nyamai, Mambo Kiilu, Collins Nyamai & Evans Nyamai.

Prayer and funeral arrangements are being held daily at home in Kalawani Location, Kalii Village and in Nairobi Umoja Estate near B-center Manyanja Road.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home (Machakos) on 20/03/2021 at 8:00am. The burial will be held at his home in Mbooni West Subcounty, Kalawani Location, Kalii Vilage on the same day starting at 11am.
