James Parsimei Lantei (Papa)

It is with sadness and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of James Parsimei Lantei (Papa) on 3rd October, 2019 in South Africa after a short illness.

Husband of Esther Wairimu Parsimei. Father of Angela Persimei and Ivy Persimei. Son of the late Richard Lantei Asheiyo and Dorcas Naipei Lantei. Grandson of the late James Asheiyo Pulei and Philomena Supeyo Pulei, the late Raphael Ntore and the late Margaret Ntore. Brother of Sylvia Metian Solio, Lorraine Namunyak (Australia), Kristine Rayon and Raphael Santamu. Nephew of the late Saningo, Robert Sipoi (Mwalimu) Dorcas Lepish, the late John Memusi, Lucy Nkini, the late Gideon, Victor Asheiyo, Roda Pulei, Roda Rae, Rahab Ntore, Samson Koikai, Gladys Gichungu, Walter Pulei, Irene Soi, Ven, Salome Leipa, Ann Kiok, among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at his home Olooltepes Kiserian at 4.00pm.

The cortege leaves Umash funeral home on Friday 11th October 2019 at 9.00am. Thereafter burial ceremony will follow at his home Olooltepes Kiserian.
