James Warui Macharia

It is with Deep sadness and humble acceptance of God’s Will, that we announce the demise of James Warui Macharia (CEO Digital Care Insurance Agency). Which occurred on 21st March 2021 at Kenyatta University Referral Hospital after short illness.

Son to Wilson Macharia Mwangi and Grace Wairimu Macharia. Beloved Husband to Grace Kamoni Warui (Director Digital care Insurance Agency). Father to Angela Wairimu, Austin Macharia and Trevor Eric Kamoni all of Depaul Austin Academy. Brother to Edward Mwangi, Nancy Munjiru, Faith Nyambura, Robert Chege, Mercy Gathoni and Arnest Riunge. Son In-law to Peter Kamoni Mwangi (UoN) and Margaret Wanjiru Kamoni. Brother-in-law to Rose Kamoni (UoN), Ken Kamoni (KenGen), the Late Eric Kamoni, Alex Kariuki, Lawrence Wambugu, Julius Nyoike, Caroline Mwangi, Jane Chege, Diana Nyambura. Uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Ruiru Eastern bypass Sunview Estate and at his Parents’ home Githiga-Kangema.

Burial Date will be on Saturday 27th March 2021. The cortege will leave Kenyatta university Referral Mortuary at 8.00am and thereafter the church Service at Githiga ACK Trinity Church and burial will be at his parents’ home in Githiga Village – Kangema Muranga County at 11.00 am.

In God’s hands you rest, In our hearts you remain forever. May his name be glorified. Amen
