Janet Gacheri

It is with deep sorrow that we regret of announce the death of Janet Gacheri of Ntumburi Village, Ntumburi Location, Kibirichia Ward, Buuri Sub County, Meru County after a long illness. She was wife of Samwuel Murianki.

Daughter of the late John Mbui and the late Jerica Mwari of Kianthumbi Village. Mother of Purity Nkirote, Joseph Munene, Eliud Mwirigi and Franklin Kirimi. Daughter-in-law of the late Isaac KRingera and Elizabeth Maingera. Sister of David Kinyua and Stella Kathure, Daniel Kirimi and Susan Kathure, Sr. Gemma (Women Coordinator Catholic Diocese of Meru), Lucy Nkandi, Esther Karwitha and Sabina Kinanu. She has left 3 grandchildren.Aunt of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Ntumburi and at Royal Prince Hotel in Meru Town at 5.00pm for prayers, burial arrangements and of raise funds for hospital bill which is 1.5M.

There will be a fundraising on Sunday 8/6/2018 at Gitoro Pastoral Centre in Meru starting at 1.00pm.

The cortege leaves St. Theresa Mission Hospital Kiirua at 9.00am on Wednesday 20/6/18 for burial at her home in Ntumburi.
