Janet Wanjiku Macharia

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Janet Wanjiku Macharia (Hardware World/Blue Bay Hotel).

Janet was a beloved Wife of John Macharia Kamau (Hardware World/Blue Bay Hotel Nakuru),

Loving Mother of Anthony Kamau Macharia of (Hardware World), Brian Muhoro Macharia (Student at Nairobi Academy), and Samuel Joseph Karanja Macharia (Student at Melvin Jones Academy Nakuru).

She was a loving Daughter of Jane Wangari Muhoro of Dagoreti. Sister of Mary Njoki, Alice Wangari, Martha Njeri, the Late Susan Wanjiru and Lordrick Muhoro.

Loving Daughter-in-law of the Late Kamau Karanja and Felista Wanjiku Kamau of Wanjerere Village, Murang’a County.

Sister-in-law of Joseph Karanja Kamau (Heka) & Philomena Wangari, Margaret Nyakairu, Agnes Nyambura w/o Samuel Kagori, Mary Wangari, Susan Wanjiru w/o Francis Kang’ethe, Cecilia Ndumia, Jacinta Njen, Elizabeth Nduta w/o J.P. Chege,and Fredrick Kamwara & Patricia Wanjira. She was an Aunt to many, a Cousin to many
and a Grandmother.

Friends and Relatives are meeting daily for prayers and Funeral arrangements at Kunste Hotel, Nakuru and at their Residence in Blankets (Hazina Gardens Nakuru).

The Cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home Nakuru on Saturday 13th April 2024 at 7:00 am and thereafter Funeral service to be held at their Farm at Ng’arua Karandi Laikipia County at 11:00am.
