Son of the late Hezron Amiani Mbelesia and the late Rosa Chazima. Son-in-law of Julia Tsembe. Husband to the late Florence Joan Atemo. Father of Irene Kayeli (RIAT), Lloyd Mbagaya and Louis Amiani. Brother of Truphena Kayeli and Rachel Lyavuli. Brother-in-law of the late Jackson Bunyoli, the late Douglas Lugaliki, Robert Onyimbo, John Odundo, Joyce Lidali, Selah Odongo, Alice Onyino and Elizabeth Amuyunzu. Father-in-law of the late Shem Omija, Gladys Njeri and Elizabeth Mueni. Doting Grandfather of Lisa Nerima, Ryan Litswa, Terence Litswa, Audrey Memo and Phillipe Litswa.

Cortege leaves Star Mortuary on 13th September for an overnight vigil and burial on 15th September at his Chamakanga homestead.
