Jemimah wanjiru Githinji

It’s with profound sorrow and humble acceptance that we announce the death of Jemimah Wanjiru Githinji which occurred on 12th of March 2019 at Coptic Hospital after a long illness.

Daughter of the late James Githinji Wainaina and the late Esther Wangui Githinji. Step-daughter of Joyce Waithera Githinji. Loving Mother of Esther Wangui, the late James Githinji and Joseph Mutembei. Step-sister of Samuel Wainana Githinji (Nakuru), Samuel Wainaina Githinji (Nairobi), Nicholas Kiarie Githinji and Tabitha Mumbi. Sister-in-law of Mary Njoki Wainaina and Joyce Mworia. Mother-in-law of Peter Ng’ang’a. Grandmother of Brianna Wanjiru and Ivannah Njeri.

Family and friends are meeting at Pride Inn Westlands next to Graffins College and at her home in Njiru near Oil Libya Petrol Station.

The cortege will leave Umash funeral home on Wednesday 20th March, 2019 at 8.00am. Requiem mass and burial will take place at her Ruai farm, near Acacia.
