Son of the late Alfayo Luvutse and Lenah Mmera, husband of Alice Luvutse. Father of Joyce Lihanda, Kenneth Luvutse, Evans Luvutse, Geoffrey Mateya, Miriam Lijembe, Bilha Odanga. Brother of the late Mbakaya, the late Shem Luvutse, the late Dina Muhanji, the late Lord Tendwa, the late Ruth Misigo, the late Irene Amogola, the late Aggrey Burema, the late Imbwaka, the late Lumuli and Gladys Lipeya. Brother-in-law of the late Agnes, lnyanya, the late Reuben Muhanji, Debra Tendwa, the late Samuel Misigo and the late Laban Amogola and Loice Burema.
