John Karimi Kaara

It is with great humility and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved John Karimi Kaara a lecturer at Nyeri National Polytechnic which occurred at the Nairobi Women’s Hospital on 23/05/2019.

Son of the late Hebron Kaara and Julia Wanja Kaara. Husband of Jane Wamuyu Karimi (Taifa Sacco). Father of Martin Gichure Karimi (Kimathi University) and Ian Kiragu Karimi (Kira boys). Brother of David Mwangi Kaara (Gwa Kungu), Mary Wangari Gichohi (Oljororok Sec), the late Timothy Mugwimi, Phyllis Wangui (Dubai), Priscilla Wanjiku (Nrb), Joseph Kiambati (Othaya) and Florence Kaara Macharia (University of Nairobi- CRISSP).

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home in Garden Estate, King’ong’o Nyeri, Tumaini building, (5th floor, room 5d) behind Kencom Nairobi and also at their Kihuri home, Othaya for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Nyeri Funeral Home, Outspan on Saturday 01/06/2019 at 9.00am for a funeral service at their home in Kihuri village, Iria-ini Location, Othaya, Nyeri starting at 11.00am.
