We regret to announce the passing on of John Maina Thigiti (Gatuto Secondary) which occurred on 18 Sept 2019.

Son of late Dancan Thigiti Kagunga and Florence Wambura Thigiti. Husband of late Veronicah Gathoni Maina. Father of Lawrence Nganga, Brigitte Wambura, Matilda Mbisho, Aloise Thigiti, Faith Wangari, Teresia Wambui and Lilian Njeri. Brother of Martha Wangari, Emily Njeri, Cecily Nyawira, Frank Kinyua, Christopher Mutugi. Step Brother of Lawrence Wanjohi, Dr.Joseph Mwangi, David Munene, Dr.Peter Githinji, James Muriithi, Eunice Wakio, Alice Wambui Faith Njeri and Ephantus Muriuki. Brother in law of Timothy Mwangi, Patrick Kirung’e, Teresia Wambui, Agnes Wangari, Lucy Wanjiku, Late James Mwai, Phillian Waithera and John Kamau.

Friends and relatives are meeting Daily at his rural home in Kirinyaga West Sub County for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves ACK Mt. Kenya Hospital mortuary on Thursday 26th September 2019 And burial thereafter at his home in Kahuhoini village Kirinyaga west sub county Kirinyaga County.
