John you were the greatest mentor, compassionate colleague and a true friend to those of us who were opportuned to meet and work with you! It is almost 25 years since we worked together and many more since we last met! Yet, it feels like it was only yeaterday! Even though we are scattered all over the world, all this attributes have been live reminders of the good old days in KRep. It is painful to loose someone as special, hardworking, honest, forthright thoughtful and loving as you! You made us all who worked with you know and understand what true professional committment and passion was! Your strenth of character remains live in my mind! May the almighty rest your soul in eternal peace Baba Taka! To Pamela and the children, may the almighty father give you strength and courage throughout this difficult time. My deepest condolences!. Poleni Sana!

My sincere condolences to the family of Mr. Lwande. A man I met in my junior years of my career at Krep NGO. Always with a great smile. To date, I have never come across a sincere man like Mr. Lwande in his career. May the Lord Almighty strengthen his family at this difficult moment.

John May you always be in the company of the heavenly angels, wearing the same broad smile you always wore. Pam and children, may The Lord bless and keep you; May The Lord make His face to shine upon and be gracious unto you; May The Lord lift up the light of His countenance upon you always; May The Lord give you peace, peace, peace. Amen!
