John Njuguna Nahashon (Long)

It is with profound sadness and in humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely death of John Njuguna Nahashon (Long) on 29th March 2021 at Mp Shah Hospital. He was a dear husband, father, grandfather and great-grand father.

He is the son to the late Nahashon Gachathi and the late Esther Wanjiku Gachathi. Devoted husband to Grace Wambui Njuguna. Doting father to John Njoroge (karani) South Africa, late Esther Wanjiku, Leonard Nganga (Wa John) USA, Gideon Mungai USA and Joyce Wanjiku Kibue. Father in law to Pst Terry Mukami Njoroge, Lilian Mukami Nganga, Esther Wanjiku Mungai and Ruben Kibue Thiongo.

Brother to Gideon Mungai Gachathi, Late Lilian Wangari Mutheki, Marion Wanjiku Kinuthia, Late Evanson Murethi, Cannon Peter Ndiho Gachathi USA. Loving grandfather to Njuguna Njoroge, Grace Nganga, Grace Mungai, Thiongo Kibue among many others. A great grand father to many, uncle and cousin to many.

Funeral service will take place on Tuesday 6th April at St Paul’s Mother Church Kabete Grounds from 11.00am. Thereafter a burial at his homestead in Kanyongo Village. Lower Kabete opposite Kabete High School.
