John Wainaina Muturi

We announce the death of John Wainaina Muturi (Retired Chief Inspector of Police) formerly of Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).

Son of the late Salome Wairimu. Brother of Alice Wangui, the late Mary Wanjiku, Esther Wambui, Dorcas Mumbi and the late James Karamba of Ruiru. Dear husband of Tabitha Wanjiru of Kiambamba-Kambiti. Loving father of Jorum Gakura & Connie Cherotich, Catherine Wairimu & Bernard Kamau, and Julius Kariuki. Son-in-law of Kariuki Njihia and the late Teresiah Wambui of Kangari. Brother-in-law of Waithera, late Nyambura, Njihia, Racheal, Ruth, Njeri and Kiarie. Doting grandfather of Kimani, Annette, Ethan, Jensen and Kimberly. Nephew to Dorcas Mumbi, Samuel Karamba and Julius Kariuki.

Prayers and burial preparations meetings are going on daily at his Kiambamba home Kambiti from 2:00pm.

The cortege will leave Montezuma and Monalissa Mortuary-Thika Road Branch on Tuesday 10th November 2020 at 8:00am followed by funeral service at his Kiarnbamba home, Karia-ini Sub-location, Kambiti Location, Maragua-Murang’a County where his body will be laid to rest.
