John Yumbia Mwilu

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of John Yumbia Mwilu which occurred on the 5th August 2019.

Son of the Late Mwilu Ngwili and the late Mwong’eli. Step Son of the late Syombu. Brother of Mumo, Serah, Mbula, Kyalo and the late Makau. Step brother of Wayua and the late Maithya. Loving husband of Jane Muthike. Father of Joyce, Gideon, Muthama, Mwikali, Kioko, Wambua, Mutisya, Mumbua and Mwong’eli. Uncle of Musyoka, Ngwili and Musyoki among many others. Son-in-law of the late Muia and the late Mumbua. Brother-in-law of Nzula, Peter, Twill and the late Mulwa. Father-in-law of Patricia, Miriam, Rehema, Zenabu, Francis, Jonathan, Samson and the late Mercy. Grandfather of Kombo, William, John, Ted, Larry, Gregory, Melisa, Mark, Leah, Jennifer, Griffin, John, Kelvin, Eliza, John, Wycliffe, Virginia, Judith, Sylvia and Elvis among many others.

The cortege leaves Aga Khan Hospital Mombasa on the 17th August 2019 at 7.30am for Burial on the same day at his Home in Dzuni Village, Dzombo Ward, Lunga-Lunga in Kwale County.
