Jonathan Nyagah Gichere

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden and untimely passing on of our beloved Jonathan Nyagah Gichere of Kenya Ports Authority (BMA) – Mombasa, as a result of a tragic road accident on Sunday, 11th December, 2022.

Husband to Mariam Kuyu Mwatero. Father to Joshua Gichere Nyagah of The Makueni School, Wote and Jamin Kuyu Nyagah of Loreto Convent – Mombasa.

Son of the late Joshua Gichere and Peris Njoki. Son-in-law to the late Kuyu Mwatero and the late Mwanasha Kuyu. Brother to Peterson Gachuhi, Margaret Okwiri and Joseph Kariuki. Uncle to Peris Njoki, Ismail Kariuki and Robert Okwiri. Brother-in-law to Boniface Okwiri.

Funeral arrangements are being held at The KPA Sports Club – Mbaraki everyday from 5.00pm.

A funeral fundraiser will be held tomorrow Saturday, 17th December, 2022 at 2.00pm in the same venue.

The Funeral service will be held at the ACK Memorial Cathedral on Tuesday 20th December, 2022 from 11.00am. Burial will be on Wednesday, 2Ist December, 2022 at his farm in Madzimbani Village, Mariakani, Kilifi County from 10.00am.
