Joseph Kimemia Mukuna of Kandara, Murang’a County

It is with humble acceptance that we announce the death of Joseph Kimemia Mukuna of Kandara, Murang’a which occurred on 13th December, 2020.

He was a businessman and a farmer. Son of the late Mukuna Kimemia and Beth Wanjira.

Husband of Grace Janet Wambui and Zipporah Njeri. Son-in-law of the late Muhura Kamanda and Njuguna Kiarie.

Father of Beth Maina (MOE), Dorothy Muthoni, Davis Mukuna and Tony Njuguna.

Father-in-law of Maina Ruo (Kenya Nut Co. Ltd) and Beatrice wanjiru. Grandfather of Roy Ruo, lynn Wanjiru, Garcia Kimemia, Cynthia Njeri and Brian Kimemia. Brother of Jane Waruino (Kianwe), Wairimu laban (Mukuria), James Maina (Kairitu) and David Muthua Karangi, Kangari).A cherished Baba Mukuru and uncle.A mentor and a great friend to many.

Friends and family have been meeting in his home Kamurugu and in Karangi village. His cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Kabati, on Tuesday 22nd December, 2020 at 8:00am.

He will be buried in his ancestral home Karangi village, Githumu, Kandara, Murang,a at 1pm.

The Lord knows the end from the beginning. We praise Him.
