We announce the death of Joseph Mbatia Kanyagia of Munyu village, Narumoru, Nyeri County.

Son of the late Nathaniel Kanyagia and Ruth Wangui. Husband of the late Alice Wambui Mbatia. Father of Alex Kanyagia, Irene Wangui, Emily Wanjiru, George Kanyagia and Rose Wangui. Brother of the late James Munene, Christopher Githinji,Ayub Njamboya, Pauline Muthoni, the late William Ruhara, the late David Makumi, Frederick Githinji and the late Moses Mbatia. Uncle and cousin of many. Grandfather of Arin Zaki Mbatia,Alisa Wambui, Kayla Wambui, Nayla Wangu, Zoe & Soraya.

Family and friends are meeting at Norwich Union House from Monday-Thursday as from 5PM and at their rural home in Munyu village, Narumoru. The Cortege leaves KU Funeral Home on Friday 7th July,2017 at 7am. The burial will take place at his home in Munyu village, Narumoru.
